2. The Competition

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://rkgiveaways.co.uk/.
2.2. All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
2.3. To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition will run from and include the Opening and Closing Dates specified on the Website. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and/or Closing Dates, which will be updated on the Website if necessary.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. Late entries may be disqualified without a refund.
3.4. The maximum number of entries for each competition will be stated on the Website.
3.5. To enter the competition:

• (a) Go to the Website and view the Competition Question.
• (b) Select your answer and required number of entries.
• (c) Complete the checkout process and submit the online entry form.
• (d) Complete the payment to receive your order confirmation.
  3.6. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Non-English entries will be disqualified without a refund.
  3.7. Confirmation of your entry and allocated ticket number(s) will be sent by the Promoter.
  3.8. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical issues.
  3.9. By purchasing entries, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Choosing a Winner

4.1. Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be placed into a draw. The winner will be chosen at random within 14 days of the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).
4.2. Entrants’ names and ticket numbers will appear on a spreadsheet visible during the live draw. To have your name censored, email rkgiveaways@hotmail.com before the draw.

5. Eligibility

5.1. Competitions are open only to UK residents aged 18 or over, except:

• (a) Employees of the Promoter.
• (b) Employees of agents/suppliers of the Promoter.
• (c) Immediate families or households of (a) and (b).
  5.2. You confirm eligibility to enter and may be required to provide proof. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  5.3. Entries will not be accepted if they are:
• (a) Automatically generated by a computer.
• (b) Incomplete.
  5.4. No refunds will be provided for disqualification under these terms.

6. The Prize

6.1. The prize is described on the Website (“Prize”). Details are correct to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge.
6.2. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6.3. For vehicle prizes:

• (a) The vehicle will come with a valid MOT (if required).
• (b) Insurance is the winner’s responsibility.
• (c) Road tax is not included.
• (d) Safety equipment and compliance with laws are the winner’s responsibility.
  6.4. The Promoter guarantees all tech prizes are brand new but cannot ensure warranties for breakages.

7. Winners

7.1. The decision of the Promoter is final.
7.2. Winners will be contacted within 21 days of the Draw Date. If uncontactable, the prize may be offered to an alternate winner.
7.3. Winners’ names and locations may be published on the Website unless they request otherwise.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1. Prizes must be claimed personally and are non-transferable.
8.2. Winners must provide valid contact information for prize delivery.
8.3. Cash Prizes will be transferred to a nominated bank account upon verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

12.2. A Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) will oversee compliance (Chris Jennings).
12.3. The Promoter retains identification and transactional documentation for all Players.
